"...Life affirming, fantastic, full of grace and happiness."
- Susan

We currently offer Sing The Camino Portuguese. Our original Spanish tour on the Camino Frances will re-open in future years, and a new Spanish tour on the Camino Primitivo is due to open in 2027.
On the Camino Portuguese you will walk from northern Portugal into Galicia, Spain, following in the footsteps of generations of pilgrims over the past millennium who have undertaken this enriching journey before you. Falling into nature's rhythm, your walking days will be self-guided along UNESCO World Heritage paths, allowing ample time for both self-reflection and to enjoy a camaraderie of human spirit that really must be experienced to be believed.

You'll pass through countless rural villages, hamlets and towns where life continues as it has for hundreds of years and experience the heartfelt hospitality that is uniquely extended to travellers of this path.

"Heartfelt thanks for a truly memorable and exhilarating tour."
- Leanne

In the evenings, the joy of singing will be yours.

Acclaimed choir director Jessie Vintila will lead the group, teaching gospel, folk and Spanish songs, and music of Galicia and northern Portugal, the lands traversed on our journey. This music is full of joy and passion, connecting you with your heart and enhancing your inner journey. To deepen your musical experience, on four of the twelve nights, local musicians, folklorists and dancers will join our group for intimate performances and share their unique styles, immersing you in their rich local traditions.

"The most amazing experience of my life"
- Pam

Your accommodation is guaranteed in select hotels, guest houses and casa rurals along the route*. We have endeavoured to provide the best accommodation available that balances your needs for comfort, beauty, cultural experience and value. Your luggage will be delivered to your hotel each day, so you only need to carry a small day pack, leaving you free to make the most of your Camino.

*Occasionally the group has to use more than one hotel, due to limited space, and the spill-over hotels/apartments may be more simple, but will always be the best option available in each location.

Sing the Camino recognises the Traditional Owners of the land on which we work, the Widjabul Wia-bul people of the Bundjalung Nation. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.
After the 2023 Referendum, many Australians are searching for practical ways forward. Six million of us support greater empowerment of First Nations voices. How do we, supporters of the Uluru Statement from the Heart, make our solidarity more than symbolic? Can we act as a powerful, six million strong social movement, rather than a defeated minority?

There are countless Indigenous organisations doing a vast range of excellent work. One way to act is to support their work and inspire others to do the same. To add real resources to our words of acknowledgement.

Sing the Camino has chosen to contribute 1% of net profits to Pay the Rent. Www.PayTheRent.net.au is an organisation that invites non-Indigenous Australians able to afford it, to contribute 1% of our income to renting the unceded lands on which we live, work, play, earn and inherit. Pay the Rent also offers property-related and events-related suggestions. Pay the Rent fund Indigenous-led organisations and projects.
Sing the Camino also pays 0.5% of net profit directly to the Aboriginal Biodiversity Conservation Foundation, www.abcau.com.au.
